Cancellation Policy

Clients MUST call to cancel an appointment. Cancelations 6-24 hours prior to booked appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Cancelations 0-6 hours prior to booked appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. All fees are to be paid at the time of cancelation. Rebooking will not be allowed until all fees are satisfied.
